Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella accepts returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, tested, or altered from their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team via the online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boutique box and protective shipping carton, ensuring all seals are intact and including the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
